    It provides a hassle free remittance process since remittance can be anytime, anywhere but in real time. Remittance is made easy using Bayani Kard. You can send remittance via SMS on your mobile phone and also thru online remittance.

    4. What kind of establishment is qualified for accreditation?
    Any establishment is qualified to be an accredited agent or merchant of Bayani Kard Remittance Service. It only requires a one time accreditation process of your establishment.

    5. How do I apply to start my establishment’s accreditation for Bayani Kard?
    A one time accreditation process will require you to fill out our application form and submit your supporting documents.

    6. What type of supporting documents do I need to comply for the process?
    Along with your application form, furnish us a copy of your establishment registration, proof of identity and proof of address.

    7. Is there a required cash investment for me to become an accredited agent for Bayani Kard?
    Our marketing personnel are geared up to advice you which plan suites you best to be a Bayani Kard accredited agent. As our accredited agent, you are guaranteed with prudent business partnership with us.

    8. How long does it take for the processing of the accreditation?
    After our remittance officer verifies and approves your application form with your submitted supporting documents, your establishment can now sell Bayani Kard remittance card.

    9. Is there a training required for accredited agents or merchants?
    None. Bayani Kard will provide you with a user-friendly system that you can utilize in just a few easy steps.

    10. What happens next after I become an accredited agent for Bayani Kard? Prepaid remittance cards will be made available in your establishment. You can now take advantage of the additional business opportunities you can get out of the system.

    11. How much does Bayani Kard cost?
    Bayani Kard is made available in a reasonable price with better exchange rate.

    12. How can I acquire Bayani Kard Remittance card?
    The cards will be delivered to your establishment in a quantity depending on your establishment’s credit limit.

    13. Are the cards refundable or transferable?
    No. Cards are non-refundable nor transferable.

    14. Is there a requirement from the customer before they can purchase the Bayani Kard?
    Always ask for your customer’s Remitter ID, likewise confirm your customer’s Remitter ID before selling Bayani Kard.

    15. Where do I get the exchange rate?
    You will be provided with the daily exchange rate from our PVB remittance office. You can easily access the exchange rates via our website or every time you log on to the system that we will provide you.

    16. How much should I collect from the customer?
    There is no need for you to calculate the amount that you should collect from your customer. Our system will do it for you, freeing you of the hassles of doing it manually.

    17. Can I cancel a remittance transaction of my customer?
    Yes, you are capable of canceling a transaction. Prior to that, you have to check on the system if the remittance has not been paid out to the beneficiary. Otherwise, the remittance can no longer be cancelled.

    18. Does the remittance service comply with the prescribed procedures for Anti-Money Laundering?
    While the remittance product has a clear edge in providing an easy and cost efficient remittance service, Bayani Kard follows the prescribed procedures of Anti Money Laundering both in UK and in the Philippines.

    20. How do I know my information is secure?
    Bayani Kard uses the highest security measures to protect your data. Your account is validated and is encrypted when submitted. We will never give out, sell or share any personal or sensitive identifying details with any other person or entity.
